Shelly Lee has been writing songs since she was a young girl in her teens. She taught herself how to play the piano as well as the guitar and harmonica. She became the first girl drummer in her high school band.

She has visited Nashville several times and has had her songs critiqued by several top successful songwriter's in Nashville, with very positive reviews!
